Charles D. Lamadine is a visionary leader, author, and humanitarian who bridges literature, faith, and social transformation. As Founder and CEO of the Liberian Inclusion and Literacy Foundation, he advances education, inclusion, and sustainable development. A Booker Washington Institute alumnus in Kakata, Margibi County, he studied agriculture, building foundations in community development and self-reliance. He later studied sign language in Guinea and American Sign Language at Vancouver Community College, strengthening advocacy for people of abilities. Victoria M. Lackay is a Registered Nurse with a BSc in Nursing and over nineteen years of experience in healthcare and community development. As Liaison Officer and Programs Director at LILF, she specializes in project management, clinical care, public health, infection prevention and control, nutrition, food security, and community health. She has collaborated with M\u00e9decins du Monde, M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res, GIZ Health Focus, USCDC, WHO, Jhpiego, Welthungerhilfe, and Liberia\u2019s Ministry of Health. These roles strengthened her leadership and technical capacity to design impactful programs. Agnes Williams Rue is a registered nurse and public health professional with over fifteen years of experience in clinical and community health. As Food Security Manager at LILF, she focuses on health systems strengthening, nutrition, and emergency response to support vulnerable families. She holds a BSN and MPH. Her career includes twelve years at Phebe Hospital and Liberia\u2019s Ministry of Health, providing patient care.
